We periodically recruit volunteer Moderators and Event Marshals committed to maintaining our high standard of discourse and security.
Prerequisites for Candidates:
- Minimum account age: 18 years or older preferred (minimum 16).
- Active membership in MONOLITH for at least 60 consecutive days.
- Zero disciplinary strikes or active warnings on record.
- Mandatory Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) active on Discord account.
- Demonstrated maturity, calm communication under stress, and impartial judgment.
Contribution & Financial Transparency Policy
Non-Profit Community Model
MONOLITH operates as an independent community. Any optional contributions, Server Boosts, or sponsorships are allocated entirely toward hosting infrastructure, custom bot uptime, domain maintenance, and competitive tournament prize pools.
Voluntary Contributions & Non-Refundability
All contributions are strictly voluntary gifts made to support server operating expenses. Because contributions are immediately expended toward operational overhead and server perks, contributions are non-refundable under all circumstances.
