Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the MONOLITH Discord server, participating in discussions, joining associated voice sessions, utilizing server bot services, or accessing this portal, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Service, our Server Rules, and our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility and Digital Age of Consent
You represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age, or the legal minimum age required in your jurisdiction to consent to digital information society services without parental authorization (including, but not limited to, 16 years in certain European Union member states). If you are under this legal threshold, you are expressly prohibited from entering or remaining in this community.
User Conduct and Prohibited Activities
Members agree to utilize MONOLITH strictly for lawful, constructive, and respectful purposes. You shall not:
- Engage in unlawful conduct, harassment, defamation, or hate speech.

Content Ownership and Limited License
You retain full ownership of any original text, media, creative works, or code you publish within MONOLITH. However, by sharing content in public server channels, you grant MONOLITH and its operators a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, host, distribute, and moderate such content solely for the operational maintenance, archival, and administration of the community.
Moderation Authority and Discretion
MONOLITH operators and staff maintain absolute discretion over server admission, channel access, and member status. We reserve the right to delete messages, purge media, mute, restrict, or expel any account with or without prior notice, at our sole discretion, to preserve community harmony and safety.
Termination and Removal of Access
You may discontinue your participation in MONOLITH at any time by leaving the Discord server. Server administrators reserve the right to revoke your access or permanently terminate your server membership immediately upon any violation of these Terms or applicable platform regulations.
Disclaimers of Warranties
MONOLITH and its associated web portals, bots, and services are provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Server operators make no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, regarding the uninterrupted uptime, safety, reliability, or accuracy of any information transmitted within the community.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MONOLITH, its owner, administrators, and volunteer moderators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your participation in the server, user interactions, or inability to access services.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material updates are made, we will update the "Last Updated" revision date above and issue a notification in our official announcements channel. Continued access to the server following notice constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
